We’re proud to share that Constructor has been recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Wave™: Commerce Search And Product Discovery Solutions, Q3 2025. How Constructor Stacks Up

In this Wave, Forrester evaluated the most significant vendors in commerce search and product discovery against 31 criteria related to current offerings, strategy, and customer feedback. The report “shows how each provider measures up” and categorizes vendors as Leaders, Strong Performers, or Contenders.

Constructor was recognized as a Leader out of the nine vendors evaluated. Findings from the report include:

  • Differentiated  Vision: Constructor scored a 5 in the Vision, Innovation, and Roadmap criteria

  • Innovation-first: Constructor prioritizes swift, meaningful innovation and delivers as promised

  • Strong capabilities: Constructor scored a 5 in each of the following Current Offering criteria: Usability and tooling, Basic search configuration, Personalization limitations, Dynamic categorization & landing pages, Agentic or conversational product discovery, Type-ahead and suggestions, Product recommendations beyond search, Product data enhancement

  • Superior adoption and high customer satisfaction: Constructor scored a 5 in the Adoption criterion. Reference customers reported consistently high satisfaction and appreciated the solution’s usability as well as the vendor relationship

According to the report, Forrester sees Constructor as “a best fit for firms that prefer a vendor with a singular focus on commerce search and product discovery and that prioritizes swift innovation.”
